Store it in a soft pouch or jewellery box when not in use. Clean gently with a soft cloth—harsh chemicals can damage delicate stones and metals. Invest in a proper jewellery cleaning cloth, we like the brands [insert] who make cloths imbued with the right polish and different cloths for different metals. In a pinch you can use a soft toothbrush and some very watered-down dish soap to bring out that extra sparkle, but do ensure you dry your jewellery well afterwards and refrain from doing this every time your jewellery needs a clean.

All our products are sent out in our own jewellery boxes and packaged securely, but if you are after something more special we will also include a handwritten note and gift packaging to make your gift extra meaningful. Finding the right size is key to ensuring your jewellery feels as good as it looks! If you’re buying a ring, bracelet, or necklace and aren’t sure of your size, we can help. How Do I Measure My Ring Size? Here are a few simple ways to find your perfect fit: Use a ring you already own – Measure the inside diameter and compare it to a size chart. Use string to measure your finger – Wrap a piece of string around the chosen finger (not too tight, but don’t make it too loose either), mark where the ends meet and measure the string to get the inside diameter and compare it to our size chart. Order a ring sizer - We offer a handy ring sizer you can use at home. Visit a jeweller - A professional jeweller can measure your finger accurately. Need help? Many of our rings can be resized, but some delicate designs (especially antique pieces with intricate settings) may have limitations. If you love a ring but aren’t sure about the fit, get in touch- we’ll do our best to make it perfect for you! The same goes for bracelets and necklaces, we can adjust these for a perfect fit.

We want you to adore your jewellery. If it's not quite right, we can accept returns within 30 days of placing your order, as long as the item is in its original condition.
